Your specific rate and fee structure has several factors, including; credit score, loan amount, home value, credit history, employment, even the county the home is located in. Even more - rates can change 3 times a day and the data that was relevant 2 hours ago, no longer applies!
If you've ever clicked on a "Get rates" or "Get current rates" button with another bank or lender, you usually end up with a form field that asks for your contact info and then gives you ZERO data to review. I'm not going to insult you or try and trick you with another form for your name, phone, and email. I'm not in the business of making my clients mad from the start.
